BRAVOTEK Ventilated Facade — Intelligent Extrusion

About BRAVOTEK

Spanish Ceramic Heritage
Since 1940

BRAVOTEK represents Greco Gres — a Spanish ceramic house founded in 1940 — combining eight decades of terracotta craftsmanship with the precision of compact extruded porcelain.

BRAVOTEK Ventilated Facade Tradition

Company

From Spanish Clay
To Architectural Skin

BRAVOTEK is a unique range of extruded porcelain stoneware and terracotta panels for ventilated façades. Born of Greco Gres — a Spanish ceramics company founded in 1940 — the latest technological advances allow us to manufacture extruded porcelain pieces with exceptional technical characteristics.

A single-source solution for the complete building envelope: panel + substructure + accessories — meeting or exceeding international code requirements while giving design teams complete freedom.

  • Water absorption <0.5% — practically nil, prevents moss, lichen, staining
  • 19 mm · 32 kg/m² — the lightest panel on the market
  • 4-side rectified — only extruded panel with this precision → tight open joints
  • Fire class A1 — non-combustible, zero smoke toxicity
  • Frost-proof — tested to −30 °C, no cracking or spalling
  • UV-stable colours — no fading under direct sunlight

Advantages

Seven Reasons Architects Specify BRAVOTEK

Designed specifically for exterior façades, BRAVOTEK stands out for great strength, durability, smooth installation, extreme hardness and a long service life.

01

Fire Performance

Exceeds ICC fire requirements. Compliant with ASTM E119, NFPA 285, ASTM E136 — non-combustible, zero flame spread, zero smoke toxicity.

02

Factory Rectified

4-side rectified in the factory with extreme precision — the only extruded panel that guarantees tight, even open joints across large façade surfaces.

03

All-Weather Material

Outstanding performance in every climate — frost-proof to −30 °C, UV-stable, resistant to thermal shock, acid rain and airborne pollution.

04

Lightweight & Flexible

Complete system weighs only 32 kg/m² (≈6.55 lb/sf). Available in 80+ colours and sizes from 300×800 mm up to 1000×3000 mm XXL.

05

Acoustic Comfort

Excellent sound protection — BRAVOTEK achieves acoustic improvements of ~4 dBA in the 1000 Hz range, with the ventilation layer enhancing the barrier effect.

06

Virtually Maintenance-Free

High density + <0.5% water absorption means no moss, lichen or staining. Self-cleaning surface, graffiti-resistant options, no sealants required.

07

Energy Saving

The double-ventilated cavity cuts HVAC consumption by 15–35%, removing thermal bridges and stabilising the building envelope year-round.
